Day One

Hello all!

Our group consists of: Denie, XuanZheng, Ng Teng, Annmarie, Diane, SzeWei, Enoch, Chubin, Freddy, MingXuan. And not forgetting, Jeremy and Daryl as our coaches.

Our group started off pretty ‘dead’, with the HC people cheering out loud while we sat in one corner and stared at them. Our group was quite ‘enthu’ but trying to join the HC in their cheering will make us look like complete idiots. Like we didnt belong. so we decided to come up with a few cool cheers of our own to show the who’s boss. However, we bonded well when we got into our groups after a while. the swimming guys were quite quiet at first then after bubble tea and like instant noodles, people sorta opened up and we managed to finally speak to each other without being shy and such. This is something really important - good communicaion between college leaders so that we can continue with the rest of the activities for the rest of the days! ITS GONNA BE A FUN DAY AHEAD!    Plus, we went on a shopping spree! Woohoo, yay! okay that was basically it for the first half of the day.

After given our project task, we sat down and discussed on which  places to visit first to try and find some strategy to complete it all in time. We took quite long to decided which routes to take, and saw a few groups take off first before us. But it doesnt matter. cos slow and steady wins the race. so we’re slow and we’re steady, so WE’LL WIN!so in the end we took a 197 bus to the other end of singapore - NUH.

And we took 2 hours to locate an AXS machine!!! The wrong …..
